Abstract

The goal of my master thesis was to suggest next steps, that will lead to more effective using of marketing mix of the hotel, to get higher availability, keep the current clients and also to attract new potencial customers, particularly younger generation. To achieve the goal, I used the marketing research and secondary data. Based on the data I got from the research, I made some possible suggestions and recommendations, which were focused on the individual parts of marketing mix.
