Analýza prodeje distributora čajů

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována tématu „Analýza distributora čajů“. Cílem diplomové práce bylo poskytnout distributorovi čajů doporučení, zda by měl pokračovat ve své činnosti či nikoli. Pro naplnění cíle byla zpracována teoretická východiska prodeje. Byla zpracována charakteristika distributora čajů, analýza makroprostředí, analýza marketingového mixu a SWOT analýza distributora čajů. Metodiku shromažďování primárních dat obsahuje čtvrtá kapitola. Dále byla provedena samotná analýza prodeje a tržeb distributora čajů. Na základě provedených analýz byla navržena doporučení k činnosti distributora čajů.

The diploma thesis is devoted to the topic "Tea distributor analysis". The aim of the diploma thesis was to provide a tea distributor with advice on whether or not to continue its activities. The theoretical basis of sales was developed to meet the target. Tea distributor characteristics, macroenvironment analysis, marketing mix analysis and Tea Distributor SWOT analysis were developed. The primary data collection methodology includes the fourth chapter. In addition, the analysis of sales and sales of the tea distributor was carried out. On the basis of the analyzes carried out, recommendations for the tea distributor's activity were proposed.
