Diagnostika válcovacího stroje

Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes the application of vibration diagnostics methods in practice. The cold rolling mills is analyzed machine and is located in the manufacturing plant Vitkovice. Measurement and analysis is conducted under the direction of the company KOMA-Ložiska, s.r.o. The bachelor thesis contains a description of individual machines of the rolling mills. The study also includes a theoretical analysis of methods of diagnosis and a technical description of equipment used in the diagnosis. The aim of this work is to locate beginning failures of the set and suggest remedial measures to eliminate or minimize them. Specific evaluation of emerging disorders is described in the final part of the work.
