Úprava systému benefitů jako prostředku k motivaci a spokojenosti zaměstnanců

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejichž primárním účelem je zvýšit spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců, a celkově posílit pozitivní vztah zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele. První (teoreticko-metodická) část práce proto objasňuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů, motivace a pracovní spokojenosti. Druhá (aplikačně-ověřovací) část práce je zaměřena konkrétně na nadnárodní společnost ON Semiconductor, s.r.o., obsahující představení společnosti, a především popis a analýzu struktury současných zaměstnaneckých benefitů, které společnost svým zaměstnancům poskytuje.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits, whose primary purpose is to increase the satisfaction and motivation of the employees, and overall to strengthen the positive relationship between the employee and the employer. The first (theoretical-methodical) part of the thesis therefore clarifies the theoretical knowledge from the field of employee benefits, motivation and job satisfaction. The second (application-verification) part of the thesis is focused on the multinational company ON Semiconductor, s.r.o., containing the company's presentation, and especially the description and analysis of the structure of current employee benefits that the company provides to its employees.
