Abstract

The thesis is focused on analysis of historic arm locks used by muzzle loaded rifles. The thesis elaborated historical arms locks the structural and functional site that were used by muzzle loaded rifles. There are explained reasons and suggestions that led to the further development of these weapons. Attention is given to the weapon system, from the perspective of people, which was used at the time, including ammunition (bullets, gunpowder and primary explosives) and the manner of its use. This thesis is 57 pages in total. The main topic is elaborated by the page number 8 to page 57. The thesis follows in the available technical and historical literature, and diffuses it by so far very fragmented sources summarized in a one thesis.
