Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes the current methods of selection of human resources by in company D.I.SEVEN. It is looking for vulnerabilities of the selection process and the procedures upgrading to improve the search process for new employees. The first part presents processing from the literature, that specializing in the recruitment methods in small and medium enterprises and are applicable for DISEVEN as. The second part describes the company, their subject of business are and current recruitment procedures. These analysis procedures,they will draw attention to the revealed shortcomings and proposes concrete steps leading to their elimination.
