Determinanty odchodu z dlhodobej nezamestnanosti

Abstract

Long-term unemployment is a growing problem in several countries. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to identify significant determinants of leaving long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic, specifically in the Moravian-Silesian region. The data comes from internal source of ÚP ČR. The results of the work showed that gender, age, education, registration time, execution, disability and pregnancy are significant determinants of leaving long-term unemployment. Determinants like KKOV, regions and health, there are statistical significance in some of the groups.
