Determinanty odchodu z dlhodobej nezamestnanosti

Abstract

Dlouhodobá nezaměstnanost je čím dál větším problémem ve více zemích. Hlavním cílem této práce je identifikovat významné determinanty dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v České republice, konkrétně v Moravskoslezském kraji. Použité data pocházejí z interní evidence ÚP ČR. Výsledky diplomové práce ukázali, že pohlaví, věk, vzdělání, délka evidence, exekuce, zdravotní postižení a těhotenství matek jsou významnými determinanty při odchodě z dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti. V případě determinantů KKOV, CZ-ISCO, okresy a zdravotní stav, byla prokázaná statistická významnost u některých skupin.

Long-term unemployment is a growing problem in several countries. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to identify significant determinants of leaving long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic, specifically in the Moravian-Silesian region. The data comes from internal source of ÚP ČR. The results of the work showed that gender, age, education, registration time, execution, disability and pregnancy are significant determinants of leaving long-term unemployment. Determinants like KKOV, regions and health, there are statistical significance in some of the groups.
