Zdrojový subsystém pro mobilní robotiku

Abstract

This master thesis concerns design and realization of universal power supply module for mobile robotics. First, a brief research of battery types and available solutions of battery management systems has been performed, including realization of specific BPS module of the Texas Instruments company. Then, supply module total requirements has been specified for 24V supply network robots. Next, complete electrical schematic of the module has been designed, including BMS, MCU, supply and measurement circuits and communication peripheries. Subsequently, all mentioned systems has been integrated to single PCB, which has been manufactured and tested. For demonstrational purposes and easier implementation of this module to a mobile robot, PC application has been created.
