Návrh zařízení pro vynášení kalů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of the equipment for sludge removal from the bottom of the sludge bunker to the hopper of the screw conveyor. The removal device consists of a moving grate placed in a sliding line. The movement of the grate is ensured by a hydraulic cylinder. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the sludge processing process, followed by the presentation of the individual design options of the selected structural nodes. The computational part and strength check by finite element method follow. The final part contains the design of the sealing of the penetration in the sludge bunker wall. The bachelor thesis in accompanied by the annex of drawing documentation.
