Abstract

Diplomová práca je zameraná na strategickú analýzu a na návrh stratégie spoločnosti

Vikon, s.r.o. Cieľom práce je uskutočnenie strategickej analýzy, z ktorej následne vyplývajú

poznatky, na základe ktorých navrhujem stratégiu. Prvá časť sa zaoberá teoretickými

východiskami – formuláciami, výberom stratégie, finančnou analýzou, SWOT analýzou.

Následne boli teoretické východiska aplikované na praktickom príklade spoločnosti.

Spoločnosť je popísaná v tretej kapitole práce. Ďalšia kapitola je venovaná samotnej

strategickej analýze pomocou PESTE analýzy, analýzy zdrojov podniku, finančnej analýzy

a zhrňujúcej SWOT analýzy. Na základe vyhodnotení bola navrhnutá stratégia spoločnosti

a návrhy na jej uskutočnenie.

Diploma thesis focuses on strategic analysis and strategy recommendation for Vikon, s.r.o. company. A goal of the thesis is to conduct the strategic analysis which results into knowledgebase based on which the strategy is recommended. The first chapter deals with theoretical concept – formulations, strategy selection, financial analysis, SWOT analysis. Further on are these concepts applied on a particular company example. The company is described in the third chapter. Next chapter is dedicated to the strategic analysis itself with a help of PESTE analysis, company resources analysis, financial analysis and concluding SWOT analysis. Based on evaluation the strategy and recommendations to its conduct were designed.
