Návrh hydrauliky a jejího rozvodu pro vyvažování válců na válcovacích stolicích KJT

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je navrhnout hydraulické vyvážení horního válce u válcovacích stolic v kontijemné trati. V úvodu práce jsou rozpracovány základní poznatky o využití hydraulických mechanizmů ve válcovnách, dále je sestaven přehled o možnostech vyvažování hmot. Následně se v práci věnuji návrhu řešení vyvážení válců. U zařízení provádím pevnostní kontrolu jednotlivých částí, navrhuji hydraulický rozvod a agregát. Součástí práce je technický popis a návod na montáž, obsluhu a údržbu zařízení. K práci je přiložen dispoziční výkres vyvažování ložiskových těles a potřebné výrobní výkresy.

The aim of my thesis is to design hydraulic balancing of the top roll of the rolling mill light section. Basic findings about usage of the hydraulic mechanism of the mill are elaborated in the introduction of my thesis furthermore there is a roundup about possibilities of materials adjustment. Then I concentrate on the solutions of the rolls balancing design. I make the strength control of every single part of the machinery, design hydraulic distribution and power unit. Part of the thesis is also technical description of the machinery and assembly instructions, its servicing and maintenance. The thesis is accompanied by layout drawing of the bearing housing balancing and production drawings needed.
