Využitie metódy Balanced Scorecard pre strategické riadenie výrobného podniku

Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is to create proposal relating to implementation method Balanced Scorecard to certain company. The thesis is composed of theoretical and application-verification parts. The first part is targeted to clarify the theoretical foundations, which are based on secondary sources of information. In the Application-verification part are used strategic analysis and synthesis which are created form internal sources of certain company and also from publicly available sources. Results of analysis and synthesis are used as basis for elaborate suggestion of implementation method BSC. Last part of the thesis is relating to interpretation of results and recommendations.
