Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem "Optimalizace strategie podniku" se zabývá interní a externí analýzou společnosti VeLiSkon, s.r.o., zhodnocením její současné situace a navrhnutím vhodnější strategie pro její budoucí rozvoj. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému vymezení pojmů a jednotlivým fázím strategické analýzy. Druhá část tyto poznatky aplikuje na analyzovanou společnost. Na základě vyhodnocených analýz byly učiněny závěry. Tyto zjištěné poznatky a návrhy budou doporučeny majitelům společnosti VeLiSkon, s.r.o. Návrhy mohou tak pomoci posílit a určit nové cíle a strategie v oblasti stavebnictví Jihomoravského kraje.
