Jednosměrná čelní převodovka s vloženým kolem

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám návrhem jednostupňového horizontálního reduktoru se stejným smyslem otáčení vstupního a výstupního hřídele. V úvodu popisuji použití vložených kol v různých aplikacích a zařízeních. Dále řeším návrh geometrie ozubení a pevnostní výpočty ozubených kol. Následuje volba ložisek a výpočet jejich trvanlivosti a volba upínacích pouzder. Nakonec doplňuji kontrolu všech hřídelů.

In this thesis I deal with a design of a one stage horizontal reduction with an identical effect of rotation of an input and an output shaft. In the introduction I describe the use of idler-wheels in various applications and gadgets. Further I address the proposal of geometry of the cogs and a strength calculation of the idler-wheels. The next part is aimed at the choice of suitable bearings, calculation of their durability and the choice of chucks. Finally, I complete the thesis with a control of all shafts.
