Aplikace bezkontaktních snímacích systémů při kontrole ozubených kol

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the use of non-contact measurement methods for gear inspection. The first part provides an overview of traditional gear measurement methods that have been in use for a longer period. The following section of the thesis exclusively focuses on non-contact methods, detailing the most commonly used technologies. In the experimental part, two non-contact measuring devices, based on different principles, are compared. One device is based on stripe projection, and the other on laser scanning. For both devices, the measurement deviations are evaluated.
