Moderní systémy monitorování parkovacích ploch

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and implement a new generation control and monitoring system for the BroadbandLIGHT test polygon at the VŠB-TUO parking lot. The system replaces the previous solution based on Django, Redis, and Node-RED Dashboard with an architecture built on the Plotly Dash framework. The work includes analysis of existing hardware and software, a comparative study of Python frameworks for IoT dashboards, implementation of MQTT communication with luminaires via a DALI server, integration of a weather station and IP cameras, lighting automation based on an astronomical clock, and a preparatory parking occupancy detection module using YOLOv12 and CNN neural networks. The resulting system is containerized using Docker Compose and deployed on a production server. The web interface is responsive, supports dark and light themes, and is localized in Czech and English.
