TPM a její hodnocení v nástrojárně

This bachelor thesis is focused on TPM and its evaluation in a toolroom of company VÚHŽ a.s. The first part of the thesis deals with general specifications of maintenance activities and process, development of maintenance and some basic terms are explained. I am going to describe the history, goal and the main idea of the TPM. In the second, practical, part I am going to introduce the company of VÚHŽ a.s., analyze the current state of maintenance in the local toolroom and I will describe the process of implementation TPM on a specific machine. The result of this thesis will be suggestion of methodological steps for the future continuation of implementation the TPM.
