Abstract

Topic of my thesis I chose, because many companies devoted to pay attention just their customers, suppliers and forget to communicate with their employees and residents in surroundings in which the company operates. Objective of my thesis is to analyze current marketing communication with employees and public and then suggest communication improvements given to my needs and possibilities. For my thesis I chose company MSA, a.s. ,which belongs to one of the largest producers of industrial valves in the Czech Republic. For my analysis of corporate communication of MSA, a.s. I used two questionnaires. First one I gave the public in Dolní Benešov. The second one was fulfilled by MSA, a.s company workers. Further I described various tools of communication mix. I suggested to inform public about jobs on MSA a.s. websites, presented it in prints, which are distributed in schema_dspacedb. I also suggested to support cultural and social events, which are organized by Dolní Benešov City. For internal company communication I proposed to managers to create communication plan and complete Coaching Training. In conclusion I reflected various parts of my thesis.
