Studium optimálních podmínek robotického bodového odporového svařování v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

This thesis is a study of spot welding in the automotive industry. It gives detailed overview of steels that are used for car bodywork. It analyzes not only the principle of spot welding, but also focuses on the parameters that affect the welding process. Their influence has been proved by practical experiments in an effort to optimize the welding process for different numbers of sheets. In experiments were also used high strength steel sheet and sealer. All welds were checked by destructive and non-destructive tests.
