Abstract
The master thesis deals with the influence of feed rate to the accuracy of an unloaded machine tool indicated by roundness deviations and theoretical position tolerance. In the theoretical part of the thesis, research is first carried out in the field of classical control of static accuracy of machine tools, which is subsequently supplemented by a description of progressive methods of control of the accuracy of multi-axis CNC machine tools with a variant list of modern measuring devices. The measurement for the practical part was carried out on two three-axis machining centers MAS MCV 1270 Power of comparable operational start-up using the circular interpolation accuracy test according to CSN ISO 230-4 conducted by the Renishaw Ballbar QC20-W diagnostic system. The work analyzes the technical condition of the measured machines and compares them with each other. Subsequently, the work deals with numerical and graphic processing of geometric deviations of both machining centers. The result of the thesis is service instructions for operators of given machine tools and a comparison of machine geometry deviations at different feed rates, which can subsequently be used for setting the machine during precision machining.
