Statická a dynamická charakteristika servoventilu

Abstract

The static and dynamic characteristics of the servo valve are the subject of this thesis. The first theoretical part deals with the general division of control technology and the categorization of the given servo valve. This is followed by a structural analysis of the servo valve and a description of its function. Types of static and dynamic characteristics are also presented, including how they can be measured. The next section presents the proposed experimental setup, including a hydraulic schematic, photo documentation of the constructed circuit in the laboratory, and a description of the hydraulic components that were used. The penultimate section contains a description of the specific initial setup of the experimental setup and the implementation of measurements of the static and dynamic characteristics of the selected type of servo valve. In the last part, the measured values have been evaluated, described and presented for clarity in the form of tables and graphs, which illustrate the specific results of the measured servo valve.
