Abstract
The goal of the present Bachelor´s thesis „Competitiveness of the company“ is the identification of a competitive of the small family company advantage based on the analysis of the external and internal business environment. In the first, theoretical part are defined the basic concepts of competitiveness and methods of the rating.
In the practical part, these methods are use for the identification of a competitive of the selected company in order to identify possible sources of competitive advantage.
