Konkurenceschopnost podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Konkurenceschopnost podniku“ je identifikovat konkurenceschopnost malého rodinného podniku na základě analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku. V první, teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy konkurenceschopnosti a popsány metody sloužící k její analýze. V praktické části jsou tyto metody využity pro identifikaci konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku s cílem identifikovat možné zdroje konkurenční výhody.

The goal of the present Bachelor´s thesis „Competitiveness of the company“ is the identification of a competitive of the small family company advantage based on the analysis of the external and internal business environment. In the first, theoretical part are defined the basic concepts of competitiveness and methods of the rating. In the practical part, these methods are use for the identification of a competitive of the selected company in order to identify possible sources of competitive advantage.
