Abstract

The Master Thesis deals with the Heat Affected Zone of Steel P92, simulated on the thermal cycle simulator. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the study of steel P92 and study of currently available thermal cycle simulators. In this section is also described welding method 141. The subject of the experimental work is the heat affected zone, simulated on samples using a thermal cycle simulator, which is located on VŠB – TU in Ostrava. These prepared samples were subsequently tested by the impact test and hardness test. Macrostructure and microstructure of the samples was analyzed as well.
