Abstract

Master´s thesis compares two types of grinding tools during High-speed steels grinding in company GSP – High Tech Saws, s. r. o. The preface of this thesis contains a description of the current state of grinding. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the grinding technology and its phenomena that occur during grinding, the tool description, and structure of the tool. The practical part contains evaluation and comparison of the grinding tools, geometry analysis, surface integrity of the workpiece, grinding tool wear, and machining time. According to the CBN tool analysis, I applied the tool on sortiment of the comapny in pursue of efective manufacturing during multi-peace and mass production.
