Analýza systémů vysokoškolského vzdělávání v Belgii a Finsku včetně doporučení pro Českou republiku

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the Analysis of Higher Education Systems in Belgium and Finland. The main aim is to find recommendations for improving the tertiary education system in the Czech Republic. This aim was successfully accomplished. Systems in all three countries have own specifics, but it is possible to find an university and a non-university institutions in each of there countries. Funding models are different within countries and also within particular communities in Belgium. The Czech Republic has the lowest percentage of students´ exchanges and also the lowest expenditure per students by GDP per capita. According the questionnaire the most of students considers a higher education reform which is currently preparing by Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports as necessary. Within Czech higher education students we can find opponents and also supporters of tuition fees.
