Vliv přípravy svarových ploch na kvalitu svaru

Abstract

The aim of the master thesis was find out which influence have different methods of a preparation of welding edges on quality of welding joints. The theoretical part of master thesis describes a various methods of cutting materials, their advantages, disadvantages, functionality and properties. Second part is focused on the proper welding and non-destructive´s control of welding joints. In the last part of master thesis are performed tests of welding jionts for a purpose to find out an influence of a preparation welding edges on the quality of welding joints. For experiment was used sheetmetal quality S235JR+N and thickness of 15mm. Welding parameters were the same for all samples, because of the avoiding imprecisions during the evaluation of each tests.
