Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the structural design of a toothed (spiked) roller intended for the HEKTOR subsoiler. The aim is to optimize the roller's design with respect to its function in soil cultivation. The thesis includes an analysis of existing equipment, necessary load and strength calculations, and a new roller concept with technical documentation. The proposed solution ensures improved operational efficiency and mechanical durability, providing a foundation for potential manufacturing and implementation in practice.
