Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was, through the Director of the company G3 Ltd., to analyze the problems of the recruitment and selection of workers. Investigate its strengths and weaknesses. The using a questionnaire survey helped to obtain a picture of this issue and on this basis of that were recommend proposals to improve the whole process of the recruitment and selection of workers at the company G3 Ltd. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the literature and the practical part analyze the process of the recruitment and selection of workers at the company G3 Ltd. Based on analysis of survey, I tried to propose and recommend steps that should lead to improving and streamlining the process of the recruitment and selection of workers in the company G3 Ltd. My suggestions and recommendations related to listing Jobs, co-operation with educational institutions and introducing a competition in the job selection process. I think that the goal of my work has been completed.
