Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a three-plunger hydraulic pump with a belt drive, intended for continuous operation under heavy industrial conditions. The design also includes external lubrication of the crank mechanism, as well as a cooling system for the seals and the oil in the crankcase. The theoretical part provides an analysis of various conceptual solutions, with a focus on the hydraulic and mechanical components of the pump. Based on this analysis, a methodic selection of the final design solution is carried out. The selected concept is described in detail and supported by key design and strength calculations, which take into account both the static and dynamic safety of the proposed design.
