Abstract
Batchelor thesis is dealing with design of pneumatic actuator parameters for valves. The
introduction describes different types of valves and available actuating options. Based on available information, knowledge and experience, the design of the pneumatic actuator is carried out. This design will serve as a theoretical basis for the production of the pneumatic actuator. Calculations and drawings are documented in the enclosure of the master thesis.
