Abstract
Rewarding and motivating employees are key elements that help an organization function effectively. A proper reward system can improve employee motivation and thus increase the overall success of the organization. However, to be effective, a reward and motivation system must be designed and implemented correctly. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the reward and motivation system in a selected company and based on the results, suggest measures that can make this system more effective. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basics of reward and motivation issues. The practical part presents the company, describes its reward and motivation system, analyzes this system, and suggests recommendations for its improvement.
