Abstract
The thesis analyses the educational activities to prepare own candidates for the positions in Quality department and evaluates their effectiveness in comparison with candidates from outside resources. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of human resource management, methods and trends in employee training and development. The main aim of the practical part is to evaluate the effectiveness of corporate training programs to prepare own candidates for the position in Quality department and to propose specific modifications of these educational activities.
