Optimalizace relokovaného výrobního zařízení pro zavlažovací systém

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on optimizing a relocated production facility for an irrigation system. The introductory theoretical part describes the general characteristics of the addressed issues from the perspective of inventory, ABC analysis, and handling units. In the following practical section, an analysis of the current state was conducted, with the main aim being to analyse the material balance in the layout of the production facility. Subsequently, critical points in the production process were evaluated and identified. In the conclusion of the thesis, several proposals for a new layout were suggested, along with an overall assessment of the benefits for the company Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o.
