Konstrukce sněhové frézy pro zahradní traktor

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukcí přídavné sněhové frézy pro zahradní traktor. Úvodní část diplomové práce zahrnuje přehled a rozdělení sněhových fréz. Také příklady vyráběných fréz s popisem a parametry. V praktické části je proveden samotný konstrukční návrh s využitím metodiky konstruování. Následující kapitoly popisují konstrukci jednotlivých částí a jsou doplněny obrázky nebo schématy. Dále jsou provedeny návrhové, kontrolní a pevnostní výpočty součástí a mechanismů. V přílohách jsou rozměrové a pevnostní výpočty ozubení generované grafickým systémem, pevnostní analýza hřídele pomocí metody MKP a požadovaná výkresová dokumentace.

This thesis is about construction of additional snow blower for a garden tractor. The introduction of the thesis includes an overwiev of snow blowers and their division. Also examples of manufactured snow blowers with description and parameters. Practical part contains the design of the snowblower using the design methodology. The following sections describe the construction of individual parts and are accompanied by pictures or diagrams. Further, there are construction, control and strength calculations of components and mechanisms. Size and strength calculations of gearing generated by graphics system are in the annexes as well as strength analysis of the shaft by FEM method and required documentation.
