Abstract

The theme of my dissertation is The maintenance system of the investement estate at the district directorate. The introductory section describes the general informations about the investment estate and its split, rationalization, basic information, supervision and planning. The following part of this dissertation can introduce how this investment estate organization works and how is to split to other maintenance subsystems. Where are the maintenance groups on the various subjects. First I analyzed the current state with all the possitive and negative points and then I individualy assessed to the possite and negative parts. I evaluated the results according to the scall from "doesn’t suit to suit very much”. According to the worst-case of the evaluation of the maintenance system I designed several specific options of improvements. This improvement was finally evaluated. I was find the final result of maintenance system where I was propose to save a financial means.
