Abstract
Bachelor's thesis "The posibility of starch obtaining and its utilization" is divided into four chapters. The first chapter provides physical and chemical properties of starch. The second chapter deals with the production of starch, respectively obtaining starch from various materials, such as potatoes, corn, wheat and rice. The third chapter provides native starch processing technology procedures to modified starches and technical dextrin. The last chapter shows the use of products from starch in the food and industrial sector.
