Založení nového podniku

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Vznik nového podnikatelského subjektu“ je seznámení se vznikem nového podnikatelského subjektu VaKo montáže s.r.o. a jeho rozvojem na trhu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku vzniku podniku, jeho představení, průzkum trhu, uplatnění podniku v určitých oborech a stanovení cílů pro další rozvoj podniku. Praktická část popisuje plnění jednotlivých cílů a sledování rozvoje společnosti. Práce je zakončena závěry a doporučením, které mohou do budoucna přispět k dalšímu rozvoji společnosti VaKo montáže s.r.o.

The goal of the bachelor thesis „The rise of new entrepreneurial subject“ is to identification of new entrepreneurial subject VaKo assembling Ltd. and its development in the marekt. The theoretical part is targeted on the general characteristic of rise of the company, its introduction, market research, exercise of the company in the specific line of business and set the targets for the following development. The practical part describes fulfilled the individual aims and monitors development of the company. The thesis is finished by conclusion and recommendation, which can help for the next development of VaKo assembling Ltd. in the future.
