Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the lifter of the outdoor air conditioning unit, which serves as an auxiliary device during the installation of a split-type air conditioning system, where the outdoor unit is fixed to the wall by means of brackets. First, the air conditioning systems themselves, their division and the installation process are described. Subsequently, a survey is made of the equipment that can be used to lift the outdoor air conditioning units and a survey of the parameters of the various outdoor units is carried out to determine the final design of the lifter. The process of working with the lifter is presented in the chapter where I describe the design of the lifter. I check the critical parts of the equipment analytically and by using the finite element method (FEM). Finally, the safety rules for working with the lifter are described. Thesis is supplemented by a drawing of the lifter assembly, a production drawing of the upper part nut, connecting pin and a combined drawing of the grip.
