Strategický management ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na strategický management ve společnosti vyrábějící ochranné oděvy. V práci byly využity metody interní a externí analýzy a také metody prognózování. Výstupem prognóz jsou tři různé scénáře. Informace získané z analýz slouží k formulování strategie na další tři roky. Společnosti je navrhnuto využít strategie odlišení se a zaměření se. Navržena byla také vize a poslání společnosti a sedm cílů. Práce také obsahuje doporučení pro implementaci strategie, kde jsou konkrétní rady a doporučení, na co se má společnost zaměřit.

This work is aimed at Strategic Management for the company producing protective clothes. The internal and external analysis methods were used in the work as well as prognosis methods. The output of these forecasts includes three different scenarios. Information obtained from analysis is used to express strategy for next three years. Separate and aim strategy is suggested. The vision and mission of the company and seven goals were proposed too. This work also includes recommendation for company strategy implementation where the concrete advices and recommendations for company direction are.
