Racionalizace výroby v potravinářském podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with streamlining the production of yogurt in the dairy company Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r.o. Primarily on the exchange of existing production lines, which causes us to incur significant losses. Exchange current equipment is already required for many reasons, all of these reasons have been reported. Further assessment was carried out the project in terms of technical possibilities and economic impact on business.
