Technologie výroby rybinové drážky na hřídeli v hlavici vřetena

Abstract

The thesis deals with problem of production dovetail groove on the shaft of the spindle head. The challenge is propose a method of manufacturing with regard on required precision and acceptable productivity of production. In the initial of the thesis we acquainted with current trends in production dovetail grooves, generally first and then in the company Vítkovice Heavy Machinery Inc. Main part of the master thesis focuses on propose specific solution for manufacturing dovetail groove and subsequent implementation of suitable solution. The thesis also includes the design and implementation of metrological control and final evaluation of accuracy and production efficiency.
