Nové řešení ohýbačky kolejnic

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with new solutions for rail bender rails type S 49, R 65, UIC 60, T, A, X, and other profiles. The first part is devoted to the shapes and materials of the rails, followed by an overview of existing solutions benders rails. At the beginning of the calculations is to calculate the necessary force to bend the rails. It is then proposed their own design solutions bender rails. The next step is checking the strength calculations for parts of the mechanism. The result of this work is the structural design of the device for bending rails in bends underground and surface tracks, including the selected drawings.
