Rekonstrukce systému pohonu sušicího stroje

Abstract

In my master thesis I deal with reconstruction of a driving system for a drying machine T35 from company Primus CE, regarding noise reduction due to vibration of driving system. Drying machine T35 is used for industrial drying underwear with mass 35kg (mass is given by the dry underwear). In preface I´m indicating summary eventual of eventual types of transmission, which might be use in drying machine. In the following part I´m calculating the weighted force from measured values and their check on. In my thesis I´m explaining possible variations of configuration of drying system and selection of appropriate configuration. Continues its own design solution, which is supported by control calculations. The work is accompanied by a drawing of the drying machine drive assembly and working drawing of the selected component.
