Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to work out a methodical procedure for identification, assessment, determination measures against effects of occupational risks and drawing up documentation with maximum value of usage in practice. The most important is the documentation as the final product of entire process of risk assessment. Rendition of documentation is chosen with consideration to demand for comprehensibility and high applicability. Employees with any level of education have to understand documentation easily. Methodical procedure as well as final documentation was tested in concrete workplace. For checking of efficiency of procedure, a situation in workplace before implementation of the new documentation was compared with status after six month from implementation. This checking brought very satisfying results. There was proved that the methodical procedure designed in the dissertation is helpful. Due to the fact that the testing was performed in two different workplaces we can say the methodical procedure is universal and there is possibility to use it in workplaces of various types.
