Abstract

STRAKOVÁ, M. Rationalization of Production in SUB, a.s. Plant Zábřeh. Šumperk: Department of Mechanical Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, 2009, 39 p. Bachelor’s work, head: Novák, J. a Krňávek, P. Bachelor’s work is dealing with rationalization of production. The introduction compares how reach the best rationalization. Examination of the functions of the system is used for analysis of nowadays situation. It was made a suggestion of improvement general system. For improvement of the system’s functions was chosen horizontal machining centre. Change of the machine was necessary to made new technology process and to design new tools. On account of my documented piece of knowledge will be created NC program. General rationalization based on bachelor’s work conducted shortening of production time.
