Konstrukční návrh řetězového dopravníku s prizmatickými elementy

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a chain conveyor with prismatic carriers intended for inter-operational transport of three types of shafts within a production line. The introductory part defines the requirements for part handling and the boundary conditions. The following sections deal with design calculations, the structural solution of the conveyor, and the verification of key components through analytical checks. The proposed construction includes not only the conveyor itself but also the supporting frame, extraction device, and sensor components necessary for automated operation. The work is supplemented by technical drawings of selected parts according to the assignment. The proposed solution meets the specified requirements and represents a technically feasible design for the given application.
