Abstract
This master thesis deals with the design of an X-ray workplace for control of deposition of anodes in tantalum capacitors. In the thesis there is a theoretical part describing the condenser, its production, the theory of X-rays and the specification of the selected X-ray for the given application. The practical part is focused on the description of individual subgroups of the workplace design, which is intended for one operator. A significant part of the work deals with the selection of the marking device that serves to identify the faulty pieces evaluated by the operator. Multicriterial decision-making methods of experts are proposed to provide visual check to allow additional marking checks. Using network analysis by means of the CPM method, a network graph is calculated with a subsequent calculation of time reserves. Moreover, the implementation date that is recorded in the schedule is also determined. The technical and economic evaluation includes a calculation of cost recovery.
