Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti výrobního podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoreticko-metodických východisek konkurenceschopnosti zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost vybraného výrobního podniku a dále je pak nutností navrhnout určitá doporučení, která by měla posílit konkurenční schopnost podniku. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze šesti kapitol, z nichž dvě jsou hlavní kapitoly. Na začátku práce je uveden úvod, po kterém následuje první hlavní část, kde jsou teoreticky rozebrány jednotlivé základní pojmy a metody zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti. Po teoretické části následuje charakteristika podniku, kde je představen podnik ABC a jeho sortiment výrobků. Dále je vyhotovena druhá hlavní část, která se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti na vybraný podnik ABC. V této části práce se nachází metody, které byly popsány v teoretické části. Jedná se o čtyři druhy analýz, které sledují rozdílné typy prostředí nebo určité části podniku. Pro účely této práce byly využity tyto metody: Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, PEST analýza, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. Předposlední podkapitola obsahuje důležité výsledky analýz a také návrhy doporučení pro podnik ABC. Na konci práce je závěr, který celou bakalářskou práci shrnuje.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the production company on the basis of the theoretical-methodical basis of competitiveness, and it is also necessary to propose certain recommendations, which should be the bankruptcy ability of the company. The bachelor's thesis consists of six chapters, two of which are the main chapters. An introduction is given at the beginning of the work, followed by the first main part, where individual basic concepts and methods of competitiveness assessment are theoretically analyzed. The theoretical part is followed by the characteristics of the company, where the ABC company and its range of products are presented. Furthermore, the second main part is prepared, which deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of the selected company ABC. This part of the thesis contains the method that was described in the theoretical part. These are four types of analysis that monitor different types of environments or certain parts of the business. For the purposes of this work, the following methods were used: Porter's model of five competitive forces, PEST analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The penultimate subsection contains important results of the analysis and recommendations for the ABC enterprise. At the end of the thesis there is a conclusion that summarizes the entire bachelor's thesis.
